We went with this bed since a similar bunk bed at ikea we wanted had been sold out for the last 10/12 months! Instillation was quite manageable. Directions are very easy to follow and pieces are all labeled by number. I like how nice and tall this bed is off the ground. When we were done my husband and I felt proud and like we had purchased a good piece of furniture for our boys. beautiful.
