My apartment is 680 ft.² This couch is perfect for my living room. Its definitely small space approved, its comfortable, and it looks very nice. It was very easy to assemble. It was only me so it took me about 15/20 minutes but thats only because I had to move around my living room in order to open the box and get the actual pieces out, like I previously stated my living room is very small. However its one of the best purchases Ive ever made from !
