My first impression of the couch was hearing it being flipped end over end up two flights of stairs and then watching the delivery men push it along the ground to my apartment. I am disappointed that I chose this couch partially for the delivery and this was how it was handled. Therefore I knocked a star off for that.
Luckily, the couch was fine within the cardboard and the plastic wrap so I just kept it. Assembled by myself in about 5 minutes the trickiest was maneuvering the thing with just me but it was possible. All you have to do is pop the cushions on and screw the legs on. Fits perfect in my space, is great for me and the occasional visitor (plus my cat), and is super comfortable as well as soft. If you have a larger number of people regularly using the couch it may get crowded but I recommend overall! Well built product
