I was hesitant buying a couch on , but it all worked out. The couch is exactly what I wanted. The couch is soft, sleek, modern looking, sturdy and the color (light gray) is as pictured. It is on the medium firm side, but not hard at all. Its a new couch, so thats what I expected. The couch came in one big box and the only thing I had to do was twist on the legs. Im very pleased so far. This product was exactly what I was hoping for
