This is probably the best packaged item I have ever purchased. They even wrapped the styrofoam in plastic to keep it from shedding. Directions are fabulous and all of the pieces are labeled, and spare parts are included! Bed is nice quality, especially for the price. Overall, very happy with the product. Lots of attention to detail.
