Bed frame arrived without instructions or hardware kit, so the bed couldnt be assembled. Contacted who will take 24/48 hours to review my request for replacement parts: Im sorry, this isnt acceptable to me. Are so many people scamming for an extra screw kit that they cant just drop that into the mail as a courtesy. Thankful that s customer service is working to get me sleeping in a bed again on a much faster timeframe
