Nicely packaged, easy to put together and very well made. It arrived at 10:30 and I had it together by 10:55 with the packaging cleaned up. The wheels were a little hard because they have to be exactly straight above the opening to be pushed in. Color is very true to what was pictured on my screen. I do wish the arms were just a tad bit higher but as its an office chair it shouldnt be too big of an issue. Just know that the arms are lower than your waist when sitting. I am beyond pleased with this purchase! very pleasantly surprised
