The assembling process was relatively easy, took me about 15 minutes to put all the parts together. The overall design is simple and neat, and it doesnt take a lot of space in my room. The wheels are very smooth to move around. The backrest is big enough for me to take a rest from work. The seat cushion is soft to sit on, and it doesnt hurt even if you sit for a long time. The height adjust switch is very easy to reach and use, you can adjust different height according to your needs. The chair is well built and it feels sturdy and strong; it has good quality components too. Only thing missing I would say is the headrest, but it is worth the cost, highly recommend this chair!
