    Trust me when I say this company has UNBELIEVEABLE customer service. Due to a medical emergency the trampoline, which was purchased for my three grandchildren for Christmas , was not able to be assembled until just as few weeks ago. When we finally dragged the boxes from the barn, we realized that one of the three boxes was missing. The grandkids were so upset Being a seasoned American consumer I was 100 convinced that would just blow us off after 7 months. . Well, sometimes it is just good to find out you are wrong. Entered s OUTSTANDING customer service representative Jeanne who quickly resolved the missing box issue and had the free replacement box on its way within days. It was funny to see the kids jumping for joy even though they still had no trampoline. Im not sure how many hours they spent tracking the box but there was a lot of shouting when the UPS truck pulled up the driveway. Yes, the trampoline is finally up. Yes, there is a whole lot of jumping and shouting from three happy grandchildren because not only makes a great product but has an AMING customer representative Jeanne who must truly believe that jumping and shouting should simply be part of ones childhood memories.
