In fact, we have had the trampoline for about a year, and a strong Midwest Storm blew thru the area and picked up the trampoline and damaged it. They responded to my request immediately which is rare or online companies, did their due diligence, and sent me replacement parts at no cost. Who does that in todays day and age. Highly recommend them. 5 stars. no way. 6 stars!!
