Trampoline is very well made and easy to set up. Ive had it for about 9 months now with no problems. Customer service is fabulous! During a recent wind storm, the neighbors trampoline was not anchored to the ground and blew over the fence on top of my trampoline. This managed to bend several of my net poles. I contacted the company to inquire about purchasing the poles, and they sent me the poles free of charge! They arrived within a few days. Very pleased!
