We had some issues with the trampoline but customer service was AMING! After getting the entire mat put on we realized there was a missing loop I contacted CS and they shipped me a new mat right away! I would definitely purchase again, this is not a cheapy Wal/Mart trampoline, this is great quality, super bouncy, and much higher weight limit than others.
