Im in my 50s and 53 and in my 150s. It was very easy to setup by myself. I did not put the bar on it yet. I have done 3 videos I found on YouTube. Not any high jumping yet. Mostly foot to foot, side to side, jumping jacks, jump twists, front to back. No squeaky springs, very stable on my basement floor.
