We use it to hold all of our stuff at the entry way to our house which happens to be near the kitchen. The overall height is the same as our kitchen counter and the depth is narrow enough to not be in the way. This thing assembles supper easy and ends up being way sturdier than I assumed it would be. The paint is nice and mine didnt have and damages. The drawers work great and the shelf are sturdy. I have no complaints.
