I love this frame. It came a day early. Very easy to set up, sturdy, I like the look of it. I did it myself (Im a young 65 year old lady). The instructions were easy, no reading, it was pictured, reading is overrated get to the point. One pointer on the slates its easiest by starting with the peg holes, keeping the slates stacked as you place them one by one. There was also extra hardware in packaging. Product was packaged well, a box inside of a box with inside packaging to keep all items in place, no damage.
I would definitely buy again.
