Midmod look but modern big guy sturdiness

These chairs fit nicely with my vintage mid mod dining set but are sturdy enough for the big guys in the family. Win-Win!

    Lack of Instructions!

What is wrong with your company? I have never seen such short-sighted instructions and appropriate markings, especially on attaching the seats to the frames. NOTHING IS MARKED for this step. No holes are started. No guides for the braces. Nothing. Nada. Just vague instructions and a suggestion to DROP THE CHAIR IF IT WOBBLES. Seriously?? That's the best you can come up with? What happens if inserting the screws to hold the seat cracks the wood??? I am besides myself with irritation!

Tips to ease the assembly pain!

Thanks to the great taste of my late mother we have several authentic mid-century modern pieces. From Indonesia, these rubberwood chairs will not pass for real walnut but thats of little importance these days. You dont see real walnut anywhere. The overall design is credible yet the shape of the seat is not a great aesthetic match for the virtues of true mid-century modern. Since you are reading this, you are of course considering ordering them. Like me you may be wondering if the building process is THAT bad? Yes, but let me help you save most of the aggravation

    Great, sturdy chairs!

These chairs are exactly what we were looking for. Bought 6 chairs for my teak dining table. Comfortable, sturdy and easy to assemble!

Did not have Al the pieces and the seat had a dirt stain on it

I have revised my one star on account of me being a space cadet. I located the missing pieces. My two year had gotten away with them. There is still a small stain on the on cushion but understand these things happen occasionally in production Im going to keep them and cancel my return
