I expected something much bigger for this price. I should have looked at the measurements, but I just assumed this would be a great size for my 9 year old. It is better suited for a 4 or 5 year old.
The bed is just like the picture. So easy to assemble. I put it together by myself in 1 hour. The bed is sturdy, no wiggling or creaking while sleeping or playing.
This king bed frame with headboard arrived in an 82lb box. Fortunately, the delivery person got it onto our living room floor. I had to dismantle the box to transport the pieces up to the bedroom. However, once I had it there, it was very easy to put together. All the pieces were well labelled and very well built. All the hardware was clearly marked with extra pieces included. They even provided a hex wrench ratchet in order to tighten all the bolts. The end result is a very sturdy and good/looking bed. I highly recommend this product.
This product is light/medium grey NOT gray. Its not even an off/gray or has a tinge of grey.its just plain grey. No, I wasnt sent the incorrect colour, it says gray on the box, I guess China just doesnt understand shades.
The review pictures are misleading as yes, some say it looks grey, but the photos of the frame next to other gray objects still made the frame look just off/gray. Dont risk it unless youre ok with grey.
Positives: sturdy, very well made, the grey paint job is immaculate and they even added a thicker layer of semi/gloss over the exposed wood pieces. The platform lats allow the required 3 inch space in between each. Easy to assemble alone.

This bed was very easy to assemble. I assembled by myself with no issues. It feels really sturdy. No one has slept on it yet but seems very good for pricing. I really like how it has Velcro on slats, so no slipping, I had never seen that on a bed frame before. My headboard had some damage to it that looked like maybe they fixed and resold but I didnt feel like going through the whole process of getting it refunded since my other furniture in the bedroom has a refurbished vibe.
This bed is not gray! I ordered this bed so excited to set it up next to the other pieces of gray furniture I purchased for this room! My husband set up this bed for me while I was at work. I was very upset to see that the bed is not gray at all! Grey for sure! See pictures. I really wish this was displayed in the pictures of the item or mentioned/advertised as grey in color! Now my furniture does not match and i cannot return as its a large item and already set up!. This is definately false advertising. Otherwise the bed seems decent quality.

GREY not gray

Extremely inconvenienced and unhappy about the color
