This is not a real sturdy frame but it will do. It has a lot of parts to put together and you might have to kinda tweak everything but pretty sure anyone can get this together. Very basic but sleek and unfussy. Nothing to knock out of place or rack a shin on unless your mattress leaves the corners exposed. Its ok for a simple platform bed. My Purple mattress is fine on this. No real complaint.

In general, weve been pleased with it so far. It has 7 legs (3 across the middle) which give extra support. It is 12 off the floor which makes the bed *really* high with a mattress and box spring. I have an antique head board and foot board set which I wanted to continue using but there was no good way to fasten them to this frame. We ended up using zip ties which sorta work, but arent ideal.

It functions ok, but its a kinda cheap metal platform bed. Its a little bit big and there arent enough supports. If you dont have a box spring, the mattress will kinda sink in. The bars just arent the same support as . The metal doesnt feel very sturdy and the holes werent easy to align. Since the queen size platform is actually a little bigger than queen, the outside edge isnt as good support as it should be. Its ok, but its nothing great. There are just so many platform bed options in this price range that are stronger and more right than this.
Looking into a mattress for it//just in time for company. My husband put it together in a short time/it was all there and he is the handyman. Said it was easy. Now to get the mattress. I like the headboard, simple! We dont plan to use the bed much but will be good to store the low boxes with stuff under too
