Ordered a full size frame, the box said full size frame. The frame was entirely too big for our full size mattress. It fit our queen. I am now stuck with this frame and still have to buy another for my sons full size mattress. The sad thing is I loved the style of frame and it seems very sturdy, just no way to make it work with our full size mattress

Reached out to customer service and they replaced the frame. It was likely the wrong parts were put in the full size box. After receiving the new frame and putting it together it fits our mattress much better. There is a slight difference in the width/the frame is roughly 2 inches wider than the mattress, but it could just be our mattress.
Budget minded 72 yr old woman. 4.5 hours to assemble. Have done this before with other band platforms Just the day before I assembled a Zius king platform with tufted for my bedroom. That was pretty easy. With this one, Nothing was off centered or cheap but WAY too many pieces and hardware. Instructions are bad diagrams for those who dont read. Finish is cheap look coating. I ordered brown and it is coppery. Remember that it is reasonable and this was for a guest bedroom. Knowing what I know now, I would not buy again.
Bought this bed, queen size, many months ago and just got around to installing it. The instructions were spot on, extra bolts, not that hard to assemble and is very sturdy. I would buy it again.

Seems sturdy enough and went together well. Nice looking for cabin. Far too many unexpected opportunities to break a toe, however.
