I cant speak for the Water Resistance or Easy to Clean yet as I have not spilt anything on it yet it took it off to wash it but it is super soft! I have had microfiber pseudo suede s before that were not and they never right and are hard to get on and off. I like how easy these are and look nice with our freshly painted gray walls
I have to admit I didnt have high expectations for this product just that it look better than my uned couch and be easy to put on. It blew me away it is so soft and the color is fabulous. It even s my weird not really square couch. For the price, this is an excellent product. We actually sit on this couch again because its so cheery now!
Overall we are very happy with this . We bought 2 in white and they are so soft and easy to put on. Only problem is after my kids lay a on them / the tends to come up from the cracks/ it doesnt remain down where the foam inserts go into the sides. Im always shoving the fabric deeper into the cracks but its ok/ it is still a great look.

These have held up so well against all kinds of wear and tear!
They were so easy to put on! It took less than 10 mins to do both the couch and the chair!
I did take the advice of the other reviewers and buy a pool noodle to use instead of the white foam pieces it comes with.
Overall I am so so pleased with these for the price.
If anything does happen, we will totally be buying another set!

This sofa is so beautiful! And it s like a glove. I feel like I have a new sofa. It was a bit tricky to get the from the back of the couch under to meet the front of the couch but so worth it. And it is really soft. I was worried the velvet texture would make me feel hot but it doesnt. I liked it so much I bought one for my chair.
Love this product. Its softeasy to clean off fur , if u have fur babies as I do . I appreciate this product it makes my life easier. Thank u. I bought one for my LG sofa and my love seat, Im very satisfied with them.

Wrong color
Wasnt the color I was looking for wrong color too light. Not as dark as the picture shown.
