The manufacturer has incredible customer service. It's very comfy and I'm very happy! True to description and photos. Holding up well against two dogs and daily use.
We had a little trouble fitting it through my front door but it is smaller than average and we were able to do it in the end anyway. Assembly is minimal and is basically just putting the legs on which took only too minutes.
Love it and would highly recommend!
Update: unfortunately one of the legs broke and the sofa is now wobbly.
Would definitely replace the leg and continue to use just need to find the part.
Needs more colors I had my eye on this for awhile. It looks exactly the way I like. The cushions are extremely firm. This is nice so the couch wont end up looking sloppy. It is the type of seat used in lobbies more like a stiff bench. I love this so much otherwise I gave it 5 stars. This is the beige sofa. I put the legs on in 15 min. I think the lack of comfort is to be expected with this style couch. I did not shop locally to try though. I wished I had done that to be certain.

If you like a firm couch that doesnt sit directly on the floor, this one is for you! If you like a couch that is soft and you can sink into it, then you might not like this one. We absolutely love it! Its a high quality couch, not a cheaply made piece of furniture. My teenager thinks its a really good place for a nap and I agree! Weve had it for about one month now and have zero complaints!
It LOOKS nice, but is the most uncomfortable sofa Ive ever sat on. I had the cushions Re-stuffed within weeks of purchase. But the polyester fabric was not comfortable and the cushions became misshaped. Still not comfortable. After a year and a half I gave replaced this sofa with a new velvet tuxedo style with MUCH better cushions the color is awkward.

nice buy delivery carriers brought up the couch carefully and unboxed and assembled. They were friendly and professional. Couch is indeed stiff to sit on. Like a grandparents couch from the 60s if youve ever sat in a room where its not used often. But I love the size, design and color and dont mind the stiffness. Have yet to have visitors use it but am sure Ill warn them before they plunk down on it. Since the room is neutral colors I can decorate around it and pillows will help the comfort level.

Ottoman wont always match the sofa....
Beautiful piece Great firm sofa..... ordered the ottoman but it wasnt an exact match. Otherwise I would have given it all 5 stars.

The couch is a little stiff
good item The look and color are great. I wasnt sure how yellow it would be. It is a nice mustard yellow which goes well with the decor.
