This is just the basic model. Arms do not swivel. Bar coming out of bottem is a bit close to floor. And doesnt see adjustabe. If you have fluffy carpet clearance will be an issue. Weird really. Perfect for my needs
After working on an older basic desk chair and ending each day with back pain I finally splurged on this chair after realizing that I would be a hybrid of in person and remote working for some time.
This chair took at most 5 minutes to assemble and has the perfect amount of back support and the seat itself is so comfortable. I love the adjustable arm rests and how customizable the chair is.
If you are on the fence, I would recommend taking the plunge - its worth it! nice purchase!
Yes, its expensive, but its a quality chair made in the USA, so its worth the extra money. Im in this chair at least 30 hours a week, so in the long run, it comes down to pennies a day difference between this and some junky chair that falls apart in a year or so. Assembly literally took about a minute, since it came in only three pieces—and no tools required. ez to install!
I am just over 5 ft tall and have had a really hard time finding a chair for my home office that was ergonomically appropriate. So far so good on this one. Wish I had known also has an adjustable desk that goes lower than the one I bought.
This chair was extremely easy to assemble. Ive assembled 6 different chairs this year and this one is 11/10 for ease of assembly. Seriously pleased. No tools needed.
My only wish is that the lean had locking points besides straight up. I lean my chairs back to get more lumbar and lower back support. My work around was to shove wedges in the chair mechanics. dont do this unless you are comfortable with physical injury risks to you and voiding your warranty. Very strong pinch points, and hazard for breaking/flying material. I jammed 2 blocks in mine.
Website customer service is great. In the answered questions on there is a guide to remove the arms. You will need a torx bit screwdriver and patience, as they have hidden the entry points to maintain a clean look for the chair. You can get arm hole plugs from your local dealer for around $40. suit for my need!
I mainly chose this for the look and I was confident that it would be well made. It did not disappoint. It is on the smaller side, so if you are a large build you may need to look elsewhere (i.e. Office Depot Shaquille Oneal collection). Im 62 185lbs and it is perfect. Love that it doesnt take up too much space either. I dont understand the 1 star reviews. Yes, swiveling arm rests would be nice at this price point, but show me a better looking basic office chair. Style alone wins this race in my opinion. Just what we were looking at a great price
Good support and firmness. It also looks great. Im not going to nitpick the tilt of the seat since there are other models that have more features. Something that does bother me is the feeling the edge of the lumbar support in some positions, but thats very minor. Another complaint is that the seat slides loosely back and forth a tiny bit (maybe about half an inch). Overall a great chair thats super easy to put together. just what i need!

Great chair. Good support, well-built (no wobbles, feels strong). A few months in, still love it for my home office. Cheap sturdy stylish!!!

Why hands not adjustable? Chairs are so expensive then why not adding small feature! Very comfortable, worth the money
