The frame didnt come with instructions and I didnt have the time to wait for an email response of the instructions. If you have time to wait for emailed instructions, please email the company, but if you Google them; you might find them that way also. Maybe you can email them before the frame arrives, so you wont have to worry about it when the frame arrives. Other reviews stated it didnt come with instructions, but I thought that was just for them, so I didnt think I needed to email them. Im not sure if thats normal, but I would email them ahead of the to be safe. Overall bed is pretty sturdy and quiet. Glad I went with wood instead of . I bought this around black Friday for 40, but would have bought this at the original price if I had to. Cuddling seems okay for adults, but I wouldnt try doing too much with 2 adults on this bed frame. I think weight limit is 330 including the mattress. Put together by myself with maybe 2 hrs. I suggest that you use the included tool for tight spaces/ finishing and an impact drill with correct attachment for everything else because if not; your hands will definitely hurt. Also using the drill is so much faster. I didnt have an issue with wood ripping apart, but just be careful not to overdue it with the impact drill. Leave room for adjustment by not tightening all the way and only tighten when you for sure have the pieces together correctly. The only real downside was the pieces werent as protected as I had hoped. There was some dings as other reviews stated and my desktop corner was also damaged. Luckily it wasnt too bad. I also wish the steps were an extra 1 or 2 wider. Its not uncomfortable, but I think it would be more comfortable with wider steps.Great buy. Definitely recommend if you need a sturdy twin loft frame that isnt noisy. Also looks aesthetic and neutral. Well made, easy to assemble and useful.
Extremely fast shipping. Pieces were packed and labeled well. Instructions were not difficult to follow (though it was time consuming). Very happy with my purchase (as is my daughter). This bed is an excellent value for the money. Solid and basic.
Our granddaughter loves this bed. She hasnt left her room since it was put together today. They added lights to dress it up. I am very pleased with the purchase. Smaller than I expected.
last update. The third bed was perfect, had no scratches or dings. Would buy all three again!
update, as I bought 3 beds and have only seen two so far the first bed review is below I just opened the 2nd bed (white) and unfortunately the desk part had a Crack in the bottom corner, despite being surrounded by Styrofoam. I am wondering if it was damaged before packed because the Styrofoam was not damaged. If so that is very annoying.
Original review for bed 1 Overall the bed is very nice, way more sturdy than I anticipated. The box arrived incredibly damaged and I thought for sure I would be left with damaged pieces. Not a scratch or dent, packaging was well done. However, there is very obvious writing on one of the steps and upon closer inspection, you can see the steps were painted over the writing. Very annoying because I upgraded my kids furniture because they were older now and out of the writing/on/every/piece/of/furniture stage. Now it looks defaced but of well, maybe I can put some grip tape there.
I have 2 more of these beds to assemble in my girls room. Im hoping that I have the same result. I read all the reviews beforehand and Im here to say you should buy the bed. Nice well made.
Perfect for what I needed to clear up some space in my small bedroom. It actually arrived with a broken side piece, but the parts came with a card detailing instructions on how to get replacement parts. I emailed the company and was quickly sent a replacement piece, so great customer service!
It took about 2/3 hours to assemble with 3 people and a KIMO power tool we had on hand. The instructions were easy to follow, and all of the pieces were labeled. I had specifically looked for a bed with the ladder that extended out with flat steps, since the upright ladders hurts my feet. The ladder is very sturdy along with the frame, and the white frame looks very elegant. Would definitely recommend this loft bed! Quality products.
Love this bed and so does my 5 year old. It took about 2 hours to put together, not rushing. If you go slow and actually read the directions then you wont have a big forced hole in the back of the bed like a lot of these stupid reviews. Glad I decided to just go with it because its perfect minus one little piece at the very end it was kinda shredding but it was so small and not noticeable now so whooo cares!! Very nice bed yippeee! Nice product.
I bought two of these beds for my 19 and 12 year old children, they are happy, I highly recommend this product, I arrive on time, excellent materials, it looks very strong, I was looking for it for a while, I even bought from two sellers but it arrived Much of the product, I decided to buy a third time but I made sure that the seller was , the only thing they should to improve it is to put dowels where the screws are screwed, because if you want to remove it, the wood runs and it no longer tightens the screw. Pretty sturdy. Good size.
This thing took 2 hours to assemble and I did most of by myself. The only tool they give you is a small allen wrench, my thumbs was hurting 10 mins. in. If you have a drill use it. Other than that it was worth it. Sturdy as hell and the quality of the wood is really nice. Really Worth it
This product is good as an overall product when you finish assembly. Yet, It could be only used once. That is because Screws and bolts are very poor material. If they are used once they cant be used again. I faced difficulties inserting some screws in their own nuts because the holes in the wood arent aligned properly. Hence, the screws heads were slightly torn. Eventually, I will not be able to dissemble this product or use it again if I moved.More sturdy than expected.

Sturdy bed with plenty of space and a desk beneath
