Lifting the bed frame up was the only difficult part of the assembly. I actually started with assembling the ladder before starting with the right and left frame. I had two problems because of my height (5 ft) and ceiling height was 8 ft. So I had to get creative replaced the 6 mattress and bedding on top with a two inch high density foam mattress and a 4 x 6 high pile rug which my daughter loves sleeping on and is easy for me to remove and machine wash. The five stars is for the excellent overall assembly. Practically managed to do all by myself (although I would not recommend it unless you have no choice). This is sturdy enough for upto 70lb but more than I am not comfortable. Good Product.
Very pleased! We have had this bed for almost a week and my kids love it. They like going up and down and sleeping in it. It was fairly easy to assemble. Good quality. It does have a paint smell but we left the window open the first couple of days and the smell is mostly gone
Well made, easy to assemble and useful. We got this for my 9/year/old son and it is perfect on his room, thats on the smaller side. He has had the bed for a few months now and no major complaints. Some of the pieces came in damaged so I had to use wood glue and secure them again but it was all cosmetic. We have had to tighten the screws a few times because its gotten wobbly so I dont imagine it will last more than 3 years or so but it is a good value. We put some LED strips on the back and made underneath it his little gaming corner. Very cute, the color is perfect.
My dad and 2 kids assembled it and didnt have any issues. The desk arrived with a ding in the front which I had read in the reviews was common. It does scratch easy during assembly so be careful of that. The ladder slips some if you dont get the pads on just right. Otherwise its great. She loves it. Careful about putting a lot deep mattress on it. They are the same height as the railings. We had to find a smaller mattress so we didnt risk her falling out. Cute.
Solid and basic. Kudos to whoever packs these because its so compact and using minimal packaging. The instructions were clear and all the pieces were labeled. I put this together myself I would suggest two people just to hold each side while assembling. All and all though great purchase my 7 year old is very happy with her new bed.

The slats did not line up. All were about an half inch too short He loves it.
Smells awful!
Smaller than I expected. Very unstable. Smells terrible. The smell of cheap wood is so overwhelming. Wish I could return it.
