One of the chairs was damaged and so we contacted the distributor about it. They immediately sent a replacement and even allowed us to keep the damage so we could avoid the hassle! The chairs was of high quality, comfort, and material. But I was most impressed with the quick and responsive customer service! Would definitely recommend buying this chair from the company!
The chair is definitely shorter than I expected, with the legs on its abiut a foot off the ground. but it's a comfortable chair nonetheless. I'm about 250 and the chair holds with ease.
Purchased this accent chair for a guest bedroom. It was very easy to assemble, the leg pieces and screws are good quality and the chair is sturdy when you stand it up. Doesn't wobble. It is pretty comfortable too! I am super pleased with this chair and would recommend it!
One exception...the legs were entirely too short and made the chair sit too close to the floor. Easy assembly; just screw on the legs. Working with customer service to get the longer legs for the chairs. Other than that the chair is gorgeous.
