I ordered this bar stool months ago. Not only did it take in my option to long to arrive when it did arrive it was missing parts. I requested a new stool and instead they sent me a part that didn’t even match the stool so ordered. Now for weeks this stool has been sitting in a box in my living room. It shouldn’t take so much effort to return something that is defective.
Update: A representative of reached out to me and they have given me a full refund and are now sending me two new bottom bases in order to replace the defective ones.

This product looks used, it has dents, scratches and a rip on the chair. Also the foaming was all dirty. Not satisfied at all.
Very comfortable. Love the matte stands. Great! I was looking at stools from crate and barrel when shopping and this price was just perfect for the qaulity.
Love these stools!! They are stylish, sturdy, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. Quality is excellent. Our little grandsons (me too) love the fact that they can so easily go up and down. I am short and my husband tall and we each like different heights and these chairs provide just that! Dont hesitate...buy them!
The chairs are beautiful, is the real color, good material, the silver is great. I combined with glass height table that I buy separated and was the perfect combination for my kitchen.
