Seller contacted me and offered to send the correct screws as well as a small credit for our trouble. Excellent customer service!
I needed a piece to put in a blank area in my living room, and it was exactly what I was looking for. It took 10 minutes to unbox and assemble. The chair reclines in 3 positions just like it was described. One thing to note is that the chair is low to the ground. Please review the measurements to ensure it fits your needs. I didnt find it a problem because I have other seatings in my house that is also low to the ground.
Nice chair. I just received this today. Well packages, all the parts were there. I had it together in under 30 minutes. Its as comfortable as you would expect for a chair of this type I just wish it came with an attached pillow for when you lean back. The massage feature is nice. I used it for about 20 minutes and it loosened up me stiff back. Seems sturdy enough but I only weigh a buck 17 so I expect years of enjoyment from this chair.
Great chair. I said 4 star on assembly because I didn't get the arms lined up correctly. So I will have to redo the plate attachment and arm attachment on the left side so it lines up evenly. Maybe the instructions could give a hint to watch for that. Thx, Patty
I love the color, it adds the perfect pop of contrast to my living room. Its pretty cozy too not super cozy but decent. The gold is very pretty and gives the chair a very unique look. I bought green to compliment my black couch and black/tan rug.
Hesitant to buy FAUX leather but I'm very pleased. Snooty friend LOVES it. Color is beautiful, very comfortable for sprawling, great for small space. I paid for 5 year protection plan in case this falls apart but I don't expect to use it - it feels sturdy and well-built. Overall, most important to me, comfortable and space saving.
