Pros: This chair is darling. I chose the wheat color and was pleased with it. This is where the pros end.
Cons: I read the reviews and still bought the chair (MY BAD!). It is going back. The seat top and ottoman both show slight lumpiness which will, no doubt, worsen with use. This chair is small, more for use in a dressing room or bedroom, not where wed use it. It is also extremely firm, checked to see if there were springs (there are) b/c it feels like sitting on a plank. Some (like me) prefer a less cozy chair so this issue may not matter. But be informed it is FIRM. Finally, the chair is so cheaply made theres a concern about durability. I can lift the ottoman with one hand, as its extremely light weight. Summary: the price is too high for the value. We purchased a second chair for my husband at a furn store, saw similar choices to this chair, at same or slightly higher prices. I think the chair is beautiful, just not worth the money.
This works. Beautiful!! Firm but comfortable! Definitely my new reading chair. The color is a light blue gray, very classy! I have a farmhouse/cottage decor and it goes beautifully. Easy to put together. Just screw in the legs. I ordered the with ottoman.
Perfect and Sturdy. The size is perfect for my master bedroom and looks very classy. The cushion began to sag in the middle after one day, but I stuffed a towel inside and so far so good. I would order this chair and ottoman again. I use it all the time!
Do the work. The chair has firm back support. The seat is wide and comfotable. Know that the feet are in the zipper on the bottom of the chair and ottoman, in a pouch. I returned the first chair not seeing the feet. The instructioms are also in the pouch. This is my second purchase with Christopher Knight. Good quality. Great customer service.
Fair for the price. I love this chair!! I dont like chairs that are super soft, so this was exactly what i was looking for; sturdy and so far seems well made. I would have given full stars but the footrest came with a tear in the bottom of it and some staining right out of the box so there was damage but it didnt impact the chair so I wont bother to send it back.
Perfect for my needs. Very easy to assemble. One leg was rather wobbly but adding a couple of extra washers to one side did the trick.
I love how it looks and it fits our space perfectly.
I also like that it is oversized so I can read to my daughter in the chair.
If you are planning on sitting in this longer than 5 minutes I would definitely suggest getting a throw pillow. The chair is not comfortable at all. Once we added the pillow it helped.

Good buy! Beautiful!!! Some purchasers slightly complained the chairs were too sturdy, but take it from an arthritic granny: you want sturdiness in a chair to help correct slouching. These chairs are comfortable and lively, absolutely lovely in my bedroom sitting area.

The color was true to the photo, a soft beige with grey undertones.
