I loved how quickly the company responded when I reached out. They were so expeditious in sending their product. The product came way before the expected date. One thing I am unsure about is the handling or if it was originally cracked from the warehouse. Only one of the pieces were damaged when delivered. The company responded to my issue with no problem and also resent it just as quickly. However, the second time it was sent, the same piece was damaged in the same place just not as bad as the first time. So, it just left me to be unsure if whether it had to do with the handler or the warehouse because the same piece was damaged. Other than that, I love the product. Thank you ! It looks pretty good.
I received one box initially. After opening, i realized that not all parts were there and a second package shouldve come with it. I contacted the seller, who next day replied and immediately sent out the second package. I received it with prime shipping. Item is exactly as shown and described. I was a tad skeptical on how it would align with all of the pieces, but every bolt and peg were perfect. It took roughly 30 minutes from start to finish and the directions are very clear. I would highly recommend this product and the seller as they have excellent customer service and the item looks exactly like the photo advertised. It is partical board, but it is very sturdy, and my tv (50) fits nicely on it! Thank you again! Im happy
Great but a lot of work. Mine was damaged but after installation you couldnt tell. The instructions werent the best but I git it done. Sent in two packages and quality isnt the best but for price yes. Love the feel of the fabric and the color
I absolutely love it! It took about 2 hours to assemble. The only think that I struggled with were the drawers but it is still well worth the money! Works well
I love this product, very easy to follow directions to set up. Cute blue lights, gives room a good vibe. Looks good in living room and everyone compliments. Great for the price too. Like it a lot
