Quality, fabric and color more than met our expectations. We use it as an occasional overnight guest bed and a couch to watch a secondary tv. It is well made and the foam mattress is much nicer than I expected. The couch and bed are very comfortable and hold more weight than usual futon type beds. It is very easy to operate. We love it!
I purchased this item in June this year. Just after over a month, the spring in the middle broke and it sags because there is no more support in the middle. So we only sit on the side of the sofa now. I like the sofa but too bad it broke after a month!

Great for the Price
I assembled it by myself. I would have felt better having a second person with me. Not the kind of couch that you can get cozy on but does the job
Spring broke. Not durable.
