Good quality-Need two people to set it up

The kids love it. It seems sturdy. It took about two weeks to arrive. Weve had it set up for almost a week now. Does not come with a ladder but you can get one by registering it. Setting it up is a two person job as the net is pretty time consuming to get on. Update: Its been about a month and the trampoline is holding up well and the kids use it every day. Great product!

Good trampoline, hard to install the net

Seems to be sturdy and of high quality, but the net was really hard to install! You have to place it over the foam cushions on the poles and it sticks and binds- beware! Other than that, great trampoline

    Good but some assembly difficulty

So far my kid loves it and it seems sturdy enough. The assembly instructions are not very clear, but its a doable task--until you get to installing the net. The sleeves do not move easily over the poles, and require a lot of arduous tugging, pulling, and moving around and around the trampoline to get all the sleeves over all the polls. You may need a ladder, and two people, to do this step. The instructions offer no suggestions on how to do it more easily.

    Excellent trampoline

This is a great trampoline and better than our previous name brand trampoline. While other 10ft trampolines carry 200+ lbs this one can carry 300+ lbs. It looks better and is sturdier than the others, so we are extremely happy. We chose this model because all other trampolines were sold out and this was the only one that was available within the week. So glad we were forced to buy it.

It is good enough and Super Kindness in responding a customers complaints

Good points: It came faster than I expected considering this unusual times. It is also very good for my kids in this uncomfortable times. The trampoline is strong enough to sustain the two kids of 5 and 13. Also there is Super Kindness in responding a customers complaints: there came New Mat as in a new picture (My former complaints: The trampoline mat was badly scratched making a small hole in it. I think it was made during delivery). I do appreciate customer service officers kindness Suggestion: In delivery box there should be an additional separate boxing within the big delivery box for mat which is most important part. In addition, for the summer season adding some shading net for the product may be an enjoyable product. I add my shading net picture for your reference. This shade protects too much sunny light for small kids even though it is not good for energetic big kids because of uncomfortableness to a tall kids jumping.

    Great purchase!!

We bought this trampoline to replace the old one. Its big enough for my two kids , good quality and great price. The only issue we had is with the packaging, it got destroyed in the shipping process and we lost one spring, thankfully our UPS lady found it in her truck and brought it to us later in the day. Overall we are all happy with our purchase. My kids love their new trampoline!

    The kids love it!

Perfect size for our backyard and super easy to put together. The kids come in happy and exhausted, what more can you ask for?

    Better than expected

I chose this one because there werent any trampolines to be found anywhere. I was concerned that it would be cheeply made but to my surprise it has turned out to be a really nice trampoline.

    Good trampoline, crappy net

So far this is a great trampoline. My two young kids love it and can easily jump on it together. My only issue was the assembly of the net enclosure. What a pain! You should definitely put the net on the poles before attaching them to the trampoline. The directions say to put the poles on and then slide the net on the poles. This is literally impossible to do. My husband had to get a ladder to stand on to reach the top of the poles. And no matter how much we pulled the net down, we could never get the net completely down. They got stuck in the foam of the poles. So now we have a crappy installed net enclosure and the zipper wont even close... Not sure what well do about that.
