This has been a great experience. I ordered this product in the midst of my move from IL to Ohio and messed up the address, they have been great to work with fixing the issue, the product is great, I love it. Looks nice and sturdy.
This is a very cute and comfy bed the only things that where really wrong with it where that the mattress always slides on in if you accidentally push it and you hit yourself on the corners alot but other than that I think it a pretty good bed. easy assemble, exactly as expected, space saver.

So if something is not quite right with your product they will d I their best to satisfy their customer. Looks solid, easy to assemble.
Some of the parts on the underside seem to be produced from other colorations of this product. You dont see them, but its surprising to pull out some light beige or faux/ looking parts.
Otherwise a very nice bed that you barely notice is there, though the smooth surface allows a mattress to slide around. Would be nice to have something that stops that, I glued black pipe insulation around the edge, also, watch your shins around the corners. Good quality.
This thing is a pain in the ass to assemble. Holes that havent been fully machined, some unclear instructions, and a general flimsiness that makes it much harder to put together by yourself. Its a great bed and looks good, but jeez was that a project I wasnt looking for. Great!
Took about 3 hours. Has chips in the paint. The screw holes didnt all match up. Its super heavy so put it where you wanna leave it. Not work the money. The corners have paint chipped off as well. I dont have time to order a new bed and return it so Im keeping it for now. Exactly as it looks, but not great quality.

works well with a full size mattress
with a full size mattress my son has a place to sit while hes putting on his shoes and he loves it thanks great product.

Not enough space in drawers. Extremely low
Too many pieces and very low. Depth inside drawer isnt very deep. Might scream while assembling.
Good bed frame
Overall good bed. It took awhile to build with two people and the drawers were the hardest part Value for money.

Quality for price is ok
The corners are to pointy and it was missing like 2 holes on the top Size small.
