    Wobbly handle bar

The trampoline itself is great. I am in contact with the company about the bars. They wobble EVERYWHERE. to the point that I got out a socket wrench and tried to tighten down, but the brackets have like 1/4 gap that just wont tighten. They are so wobbly that I had to strap them to a table to keep them from flopping into my jump space. I will update when I hear back from them. Update: they respond to me every day asking for another item. Video, then the next day order number, then the next day pictures of the screws, as if I didnt tighten them enough. But as you can see in the photos, there are huge gaps because they are way bigger than the bar attaching to. Even if I was able to bend the heavy duty metal brackets with the screws, this is supposed to be portable, and foldable. Clearly something is messed up. We will see what they ask of me tomorrow. Meanwhile these brackets banging all over have gouged paint off of the trampoline.

    Wasnt for me

Easy to assemble but I never used or even played on a trampoline so the sound of the springs were a little offputting.

    Wobbly handle bars

It seems like a sturdy trampoline but the handle bar just will not tighten. It wobbles wildly in use and feels very unstable.

    Good size but wanted firmer

I have a problem knee and weak ankles so I wanted the trampoline to exercise on. Its good for jumping jacks but was not firm enough for my ankles to jog on.

    Trampoline

I didn’t like that it showed that it had a handle to hold onto why are you jumping and it was not in the box but also on the legs they were no holes for the handle to screw into

Easy set up but fraying on some straps before use

I haven’t used yet but set up took less than 10 minutes. I was disappointed to find several straps close to the joint you opened already frayed on each side and was unable to rotate one of the triangle rings. Seems like it would be decent to use but doubtful how long it will last

Seems like good quality, but mold all over trampoline cover

The trampoline was very easy to assemble, and the right size for adult exercise. I’m not sure yet how durable it will be. The drawback to this purchase was a white, moldy material all over the spring cover of the trampoline. I wiped it off, but I was not expecting that after paying a sizable sum for this product!

    Regarding arms for handle

I need to know how to get in touch with Kensone. I have one of the arms that hold the handle on the trampoline that was sauntered incorrectly. What do I do about this?

unable to put balance bar on yet

I am only giving this 3 stars because I am unable to use it as of yet. Stretching the band on was fairly easy, except it was missing one of the holes to go around the leg, so I had to cut one. I hope that it does not fray or ravel. Putting the legs on was a piece of cake. But as of yet I have been unable to put the balancing bar on it. The instructions do not indicate at all where they are to go, and I am totally clueless. I am waiting for my son in law to come and take a look at it to see if he can figure it out, but that is going to be a few weeks yet, so there goes my new years resolution before it even begins. One goes on horizontally and the other vertically, and I totally do NOT see it. I really dont expect to hear anything from the seller, as they never respond to these messages, so I really hope my son in law can see what I dont see. I did keep the box in case he is unable to fix it so that I can return it.
