It’s slightly rough, very slightly, whereby you sit down with Lycra leggings and aren’t a bit careful you may snag something?! That said, that’s what happens with real wood and a rustic style, which this wonderful table is! I absolutely love it!
I struggled and hurt myself to assemble it cause I was impatient and tried to build it alone while my husband was at work. It looks great though
I also had an issue with one of the chairs but I contacted the seller and they were amazing and fixed it right away for me
