I want to start by saying I am extremely pleased with this sellers customer service. There were a few issues but they were quick to respond and great with taking care of the issue. I did love the product and once the issue is fixed it is completely worth every penny. Im glad I went with this company for my purchase. suit for my apartment!
The bed is beautiful and was easy to put together. There was no damage to the product in shipping except a very small chip in the paint on one of the pieces. Upon looking at the piece I can tell the paint would chip quite easily. This is the only drawback I could find but otherwise this is a beautiful bed and I am very pleased with the purchase. Nice accent piece for room
Just finished putting this day bed together. Love it so far! The holes aligned well. The instructions were clear. There were even spare bolts in case we needed them. Definitely took two people when putting the 4 pieces of the main bed together, otherwise done by one person. Seems sturdy. Now to shop for an 8 mattress for the top and a 6-7 for the bottom. Each needs to be 75 long. Cant wait to use this with the grandkids!
First off, the instructions were missing. Box two said to get them from box 1 but not there. Had to stop what I was doing and get 26 pages of instructions off the internet. Instructions are weak. It tells you what number of screw to use but then you have to go back to the early page for a description of that fastener number.
You put it together with a ton of screws that are all tightened with a small allen wrench provided. Not the best method. a Socket head cap screw would have made the assembly much easier.
I have it almost put together and will update this review if something changes.
Had the instructions been there, I probably would have rated this much higher.
