Assembly was fairly easy. One of the crossbars was too short and we had to get creative to make it fit (we shoved a bolt into each end to lengthen it) the bed has been sturdy and its is a very nice looking piece of furniture.
The only issue was that some of the welding on the rods wasnt so great. One screw was stripped and would not fit into one of the s bars. I actually had to not even use one bar but the bed is still sturdy enough for my 11 year old. I had already put the bed together and this is one of the last pieces so I just left it out since said I would have to take apart the 858 pieces I put together to assemble. 5 stars for the price and look one star for assembly and piece I had to do without
the instructions are in pictures, and pretty easy to follow until step 8. I cant see the detail in the pictures well and wish there were a few WORDS to clarify what I was supposed to do.
Such a cute frame. Its very classic and basic but also very sturdy(Im a big woman) ! My husband myself and my son all sleep in this bed on our foam mattress and we are so pleased with this. Also it was cheap. So like. Honestly its one of my best purchases yet.

Awesome look not great assembly
