Its my first for my automatic watches I have it in my room on my dresser when the unit starts up the motor is loud with an annoying hum. they can surly do better with either isolating damping the motor noise.
I have bought several watch winders that have all been unsatisfactory. This watch winder is not one of them. It has a very elegant design and most importantly is absolutely silent when running. This is worth every penny and is definitely the best one that I have ever owned. I would highly recommend this item.

Very good watch winder works great and you cant even hear it turning, the separate on and off switch for the lights is a plus also runs off batteries can set in any place you like having it.
