It is not the easiest thing to put together. some of the plastic parts where broken and will not stay in. It's sturdy but makes creaking sounds. IT IS MUCH taller then The one's I have seen in stores. But over all it's good
The assemble was alright. Did end up putting a couple bars facing wrong way, and had to fix. Which was annoying.
I recommend reading instructions before putting together. And while you assemble it.
It took my husband and I, maybe an hour and a half to put together.
My 10 year old loves the bunkbed and my 5 year old.
I am 5'2 and it stands about as tall as me.
It went together okay, but it's really squeaky, and there is a big gap been the mattress and the wall, so their pillows slide in the gap.
It's cheap, it's fine, but those are things to know.
Edit to add: not quite a year later and the welding on the top rail has broken on one part.
PUT IT IN A SMALL ROOM WITH LOW CEILING AND HEIGHT IS PERFECT! VERY STURDY, I PUT A 12" MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS ON BOTTOM AND WORKS GREAT FOR ADULTS AND 6" MEMORY FORM MATTRESS ON TOP IS PERFECT FOR MY GRANDAUGHTERS! ROOM. UNDER BED FOR A FEW LUGGAGE BAGS WHEN WE HAVE COMPANY.

I am very impressed by the quality and sturdiness of the bunkbed. I have two teenage boys who are sleeping on it and they are very happy with it.

Value for the money. Assembly not as easy the holes didn??t line up but with a bit of arm strength got it to work
