These are pretty and just what I wanted but as a woman they were more difficult to put together as I am not very strong. Even with a power drill it was hard for me. Otherwise they would have gotten a five star for the product and price. But in the end they are very pretty. It is not real leather so dont let the bonded leather as real leather confuse you. They do put in the description what the material is so it is described properly as it is faux leather but it still looks nice.
I love the stools! The stools are well made, sturdy and easy to assemble. I ordered two stools. One of the stool boxes arrived with one of the legs having been inadvertently mislabeled. Customer Service responded immediately to my inquiry and after we figured out what the issue was, a new leg was in my possession within two days! Should the need arise, I will definitely purchase from this company again.
Attention to detail in manufacturing for this stool makes it stand out. Fit and finish are evident in manufacturing. Easy to assemble with minimal woodworking knowledge. Good buy.
Had problem with assembly. Cross bars did not have predrilled starter hole and when you tried to get bar tight enough so there were no gaps the screw striped the wood and fell out when the stool was set upright.

Some problems with assembly that effects sturdiness
