This couch is everything it is advertised to be. Beautiful, sturdy, easy to assemble, and priced well. It was well packaged in one (very large) box. The couch itself was very easy to get through doorways since its in two pieces and the cushions and legs are removable. This was so helpful as our last couch was almost impossible to move in and out without dinging walls.
Our delivery was scheduled the day before Thanksgiving. We learned around 4pm that it would be delayed until the following Monday. This was a bit of a headache as wed already removed our old furniture, and made arrangements to be home from work that day to accept delivery. However, with a quick phone call to , they graciously credited our account a portion of what we paid for the couch, for our troubles. Thats customer service, so thank you :-)
Overall, I would recommend this couch one hundred percent.
Just received this sofa ! Delivered right on time. Easy to assemble , Beautiful cognac color, comfy leather. and Bark is a great company, have their bar stools same quality !!
The leather is fantastic on this couch. Thick and beautiful. It scratches easily, but that is to be expected with a sofa like this. Find another all-leather sofa at this price point. You wont. The cushions all are removable and have zippers. so they can be refilled if needed - and it will likely be needed as this leather will far outlast the stuffing. Really pleased. The last all-leather couch I had (many years ago, and lost in a divorce) was $9,000 and was hand made in North Carolina. This sofa is not that nice, but it is definitely not $6,000 worse, either. Its an incredible value. Beware though...an all-leather sofa will spoil you. The smell and feel are just incredible, and I have always been disappointed with leather match /leather seating surfaces furniture after owning an all-leather sofa.
Delivery through CEVA was fine. They were on time, and, uh delivered it. Plenty of email communication through the process. The sofa (I ordered the right-facing sectional) comes in one huge box. I had them leave it in the garage as it wasnt going to fit through the door. I just brought everything in piece by piece. I ordered it on 9/26 and it was delivered on 10/21.
If you are looking at this then you have probably already shopped around...just pull the trigger. If you are looking for an all-leather sofa you arent going to find anything else at this price point.

I had been shopping for a section thatll fit my condos awkward front entryway the last 6 months. I had originally ordered a couch from Ashleys Homestore which was delayed 3 months due to the global supply constraints. Then had to refuse the delivery after not fitting my entryway and start from scratch.
I finally came across this sectional after an endless amount of searching. I was originally hesitant to spend $2k+ on such a large piece of furniture sight unseen, but didnt feel like waiting any longer.
I was super happy that this sectional was delivered within 1.5 weeks. I had to separate the chaise the rest of the couch from the original box in order to fit through my entryway. Each section of the couch is light enough to move around easily, but dont let that fool you; it seems to be made of high-quality leather, cushioning, and has a sturdy frame. The height of the back support is decent and shouldnt be an issue since Im 55. Im also 140 lbs. so the seat cushions seems to hold my weight fairly well. The cushions seem stiff enough where it wont sag easily, but well see how long thatll last with a few years of wear tear.
Overall, super impressed with the quality price of this couch. It fits my needs perfectly!

Keep in mind this couch gets dirty with everything and anything that touches it. I thought it was going to be perfect because I have a little one and I came to find out that it was the opposite.
I cant sit on it without my back hurting and Im only 29.
Its sitting in my living room looking pretty because Id rather sit on the floor with a pillow.
New couch has arrived! Thank you once again ! 10 days after ordering and zero issues! Love it! So well made, love the variation in the leather. Extremely comfortable and I can imagine as it gets broken in even more so!
Worth every cent you pay for it: beautiful, comfortable and spacious seating. The boxing was well done, but there was a slight damage to the chase (a few scratches in the leather - almost abrasion cuts from some rubbing). I called the vendor and well see what happens or who takes care of it ( or the Vendor).
If you want a well made, beautiful piece for your living room, this is the sectional to get! I would have given it a 5 star rating if everything was perfect and I will change it to 5 stars once things are addressed with the Chase...

We did not even assemble it. Color was different from the picture (a lot less vibrant) and the leather not what we looked for.
