It was packed so so well. Everything was in great shape, and well labeled. The styrofoam was wrapped in plastic so there wasnt a terrible mess!
Assembly took my boyfriend and I less than 20 minutes. Included Allen wrench is all youll need.

The screws and nuts are well labeled and they provide extras in a small plastic bag A hex wrench is provided and thats all you need. I unboxed the pieces, laid them out and one hour later I had a new platform bed! Been sleeping on it for a month. Very happy with this purchase.
Definitely a great buy! This bed is beautiful and was very easy to put together. Everything you need to set it up is included and the instructions were very clear. I set it up alone and it only took about 45 minutes. The quality is amazing and its exactly what I was looking for!

I just really appreciate the way they attached the bed-boards to a strip of velcor so all I had to do was unfold the piece and let the wood pieces fall in place. I had originally wanted the darker wood, but am really pleased with this lighter wood. It looks so fresh and the legs are so stylish...thats why I bought this particular piece. It has proven to be a GREAT purchase!!!

The instructions were easy to follow. It feels very sturdy. My only minor complaint would be the finish. Based on the pictures, I thought it would be more of an unfinished look but it has a shiny, coated finish.
I fell in love with this frame from the picture. Then I received the wrong size bed! Oops partially my fault when noticed I emailed their customer support and they responded almost instantly. They were super friendly and helpful and again quick to respond and help resolve my issue. Once I received the correct size frame, I couldnt put it together fast enough and fell in love with it all over again!!!! Very simple but beautiful look to it. Wise tip, as stated in many other reviews, use the foam packaging everywhere you put a screw. It makes no noise, no flex, and have kids and animals that jump around all day everyday to put it to the test. If youre on the fence about this product, dont be. Its worth it.
Great product by all standards Who knew that bed frames were so expensive?! I shopped around A LOT for a new bed frame when we upgraded to a king size mattress. It seemed like even the ones in the $500 range were made poorly and not lasting for people. For the price, this does the job. It was easy enough to assemble (definitely helps to have two people for this). It took my husband and I about 45 minutes or an hour to put it together. We used the tip of putting the packing padding between the joints to reduce noise. Its been several months now and its gotten a few hard workouts, and its as solid and tight as the day we assembled it. No complaints. I will say, we have ours on carpet. I imagine the center supports would be more prone to slipping and bending on hardwood or tile.
