Bed is cute however it came with 10 missing pieces so we are not able to use the trundle portion of the bed but their customer service is solid as they reached out and sent us the missing pieces and now we are able to use the trundle! Great bed our toddler loves it and its sturdy
Didnt come with all of the bed slats (needs 20 only came with 10). A little tough to put together but otherwise, for the price, its just what we were looking for. Our daughter loves it.
I was so excited to get this. We put it together yesterday. When we took it out of the box, it was damaged in several different pieces. The instructions were very hard to read, and some of the instructions were reversed made no sense. My hubby had a VERY hard time putting it together. Its also not real wood. Very cute put together and my son was very excited to sleep in it. I just think it could be made way better with real wood for the price we paid. Should have gone with the one on Etsy. At least that one was made out of Pine. Lesson learned.
Comfortable, and looks nice too. Everything was labeled and packed very well. Arrived undamaged despite there being a cut in the box. The directions seem pretty straightforward initially. However once we got to step four I think we started noticing it getting confusing. I think the directions may assume things at some steps. You put together one side of the house first but then it doesnt really tell you to put the other side of the house together. Then theres a couple pictures where things are not labeled with the right letters. So we eventually started having to improvise. It was almost a little easier when we kind of ignored the directions a little bit. Essentially youre constructing each side of the house and then you join them. But overall it was pretty easy.
Overall very happy with my purchase! In general, it is very beautiful. we like it and the price is good.
but there are many things bad in it:
1- Many scratches.
2- The instructions book is ambiguous (many mistakes). (You need double check for litters numbers)
3- The screwdriver, that comes with it, is too short which make it too hard to install the frame (I used another screwdriver)
great for the low price I have 2 years old daughter, and she is in love with this bed. She spends all the time on it. We remove the mattress during the day and make it a small playground with many toys.
It is very easy to assemble - not an bed frame with million screws and bolts with different hats.
Definitely recommend for everyone who has kids!

Appropriate for the price Directions were unclear and not accurate. Pieces were labeled incorrectly from directions to actual furniture pieces, though overall with help from another person took about an hour to assemble. It is made well and came without any damage. My daughter absolutely loves the bed! And it looks great in her room! It is great for toddlers and this is her first bed. She just transitioned from a crib.

Good bed, bad directions
Great product at great price HORRIBLE directions. But a nice bed overall. The kid loves it!

Amazin bed for your kid
great for the low price I have 2 years old daughter, and she is in love with this bed. She spends all the time on it. We remove the mattress during the day and make it a small playground with many toys. It is very easy to assemble - not an bed frame with million screws and bolts with different hats.
