Not the easiest thing to put together but the instructions are good. Took about 2.5 hours for me but I was going slowly. Looks great. Mechanism for raising top is solid and works easily. One tiny little nit pic. The labels they put on the wood pieces to mark which are which are really hard to remove.
Pros: color, feel, functionality, size, storage capabilities.
Cons: not real wood, slides forward when putting the top back down (I dont have it on carpet).
If another company made this out of real wood, I might buy that instead. But for the price this was perfect. I got a black Friday deal, too. It doesnt look as cheap as I expected, so Im very pleased. It took a while to assemble, even with an electric screwdriver.
While it took me longer to assemble than it said, it wasnt difficult at all. Its sturdy and the wood is beautiful! Its a great addition to our family room. Also, totally love the extra storage!

Good table, but noticeable nick in one piece
The table is very nice but a small chunk was broke off when I opened the box to put it together.

Easy to put together, just take your time. A little smaller than I expected, but that worked in my favor, more room.
