USPS refused to deliver item, why does set up delivery with a service that continuously refuses to deliver. They are useless when you contact them to sort it out. Oh, and the table is awesome, just sucks
I really need a solution to working from my mancave without putting a desk in it. Ive worked from my normal table and tried other makeshift surfaces, but I just ended up with back pain and sciatica. This is perfect! I cant believe what a difference it makes to be able to lift the top, type on my laptop while sitting on the sofa! I have a natural dislike of putting furniture together and read that this was a little difficult, so I hired someone to do it and it took him about 45 minutes. I love this table and am ecstatic with the purchase!
The price was kind of scary to me.
Bought this after seeing someone else used it as a desk daily after work.
It provides plenty of storage, isnt too heavy, and looks super nice.
If you want you can change the direction the top opens. (Above or away from the .)
The only downside is youre going to need someone else to help you get the top on. It has 2 spring joints and they need to be pushed inward horizontally while you put the top onto the table. You might be able to do this alone if you use some tricky techniques to hold the table while you fasten the joints. My wife just had to hold the top for 1 minute while I got 2 volts in and I was able to do the rest solo.
The table is worth the money. Just wanted to warn people who live on their own they may need a hand.
I like the table a lot. Ive had it two days. Took a while to assemble but it wasnt hard and I did it alone in living room floor. Youll need a Phillips head screwdriver, the one that came with it wasnt great. Its just what I wanted and well designed, heavy duty and nice finishI purchased rustic
Out of everything I have boughten on , this was by far the easiest thing to assemble. I did it mostly by myself, but had my husband help me with the last step because you have to attach the top on. If he helped me with the whole thing it probably would have taken 45 minutes max. Definitely possible to handle as a one person job. Mine didnt come with any scratches despite the box being beaten up pretty badly from transit. It looks great and I really cant get over how easy it was. All the pre/drilled holes lined up perfectly and the instructions were great. I would definitely recommend this table!
