Im 69 375 so the big dog needs some support. The box came completely jacked up so I took pictures of everything in case items were missing. None missing. The chair was actually very simple to put together. Buying online was concerning, but the materials caught me off guard with how heavy/duty they were. Its big dude certified and extremely comfortable. Only had it a couple days, but Im legit thrilled about the chair. Joy and happiness is rare in this fleeting life so I relish the feeling it provides me. Buy the chair. Do it.

My fiancｅ and i have purchased three chairs each over the last 6 months. Out of the three chairs, these were the best, by a landslide! I am 6 foot tall, and over 300lbs, my fiancé is 64 and just under 300. He has ms, i have fibro and a severely herniated disc in my life back, so our comfort is paramount. These chairs are great height for us, at maximum height, we both end up on tip toes to rock. Theyre balanced wonderfully, and firmly cushioned, but oh so comfortable. My body feels aming after having sat in the chair. Theres no strain on pressure points, the massaging lumbar pillow is a nice touch, great lumbar support, and the neck pillow is perfect. The chair is wonderfully made, sturdy, no wobble. Assembly is a breeze, instructions very clear, with written directions and concise images. Instead of a baggy or partitioned plastic and cardboard, the screws and washers were already in their designated spots, so very easy to figure out where everything goes. I am a fall risk due to my injuries and conditions, so i am sitting a lot of my time. I am so happy i made this purchase. I highly recommend these chairs.
Im a 67 year old tall, heavy woman with arthritis in my knees, who is working on a Support Team from home. I purchased this chair because my regular office chair was causing me intense pain in my back and legs after sitting for an 8 hour day. This chair was exactly what I needed! I still get stiff sitting all day, but the massage pillow helps tremendously. I will say that it still could be a little taller floor to seat, but am satisfied with it as is. My husband put it together so I couldnt review assembly, but everything else is great so far!
I just received this chair yesterday and so far I have no regrets, I will update if I do. The chair was super easy to assemble and only took me 20/30 minutes. I am 350lbs and I feel the chair supports me just fine so its great for bigger people. The only downsides is that I wish the arm rests went up higher than they do, theyre a little low even at the highest setting. Also the seat is not as soft as I was expecting with it being memory foam but its pretty comfortable. Definitely a nice chair for the price.
