This item is beautiful easy to put together and is of good quality my original one came without a piece they sent another one out to me got it in 2 days pleased with the item and the customer service that provided
It was very easy to assemble and came with the tools necessary to put it together. It is a little un sturdy however for how much I paid for it I am not displeased. It is a great entrance piece for my apartment and is very useful.
This took less than an hour to assemble. They provided REAL tools (Phillips and Allen) screw drivers. Now my entry way looks much nicer. (See Before). I looked at so many others but this fits my need best. The top shelf is great for hats and misc. the bench held my weight 160lbs. I like the screw in hooks. These offer 20 hooks. The ONLY thing I would have preferred in staggered hook placement. As they had prescribed holes I did not want to move myself and risk cracking. Hanging a long item on top covers item right below.
Reviews complained about top screws too long. Before I received the item I got an email from seller. I was to let them know if I had any issues with top screws they would send me shorter. I had NO issue with any screws. This has simplified my life! Really.
In addition, in light of many sellers compensating or reimbursing or otherwise contacting buyers for positive reviews, I have not been paid, nor received free merchandise, nor have I been approached by the seller asking for a positive review.
