I ordered this bed for my son to use at school back in November. My son went to put it together and no hardware was included at all. No screws or instructions. Unfortunately he waited too long to assemble it for us to return it. I cannot figure out how to contact customer service to try to get what we need to assemble it.
There was NO HARDWARE in the package!! After getting all the pieces laid out, there were no screws, washers or even the allen wrentch. Too much trouble to rebox and send back, so I just went to the hardware store. Very disappointing!
I like the design of this bed (Alpine) which has a geometric style. The color is not the same color showing on the picture. Is more brown metallic that silver. I wanted a silver color metal bed. Is NOT silver and Im disappointed. Is one of the reasons I ordered. Was easy to assemble. Does not look like is going to last but time will tell.

I was honestly worried if the findings would be in what was left of the box.
Everything was accounted for. Though a number of the pieces had dings and dents.
Assembly was a bit disorganized at times.
But once the thing is together, it feels very sturdy.
Love how low to the floor it is. No storage, but I dont have to take a flying leap to get in bed anymore.
I was able to assemble this by myself easily because every piece fit exactly as intended. Many connections use gravity rather than screws or bolts. Well designed.
I love that it is quite solid yet has an airy feel because of all the space incorporated into the headboard and that the footboard doesnt rise above the mattress. Great feature for tall people and looks good.
The finish on the metal has a slightly bronze tone that makes it feel warmer than some of the metal beds available.
This was very easy to put together. Looks exactly like the picture and is sturdy. Its lower to the ground then I expected, you cant store anything underneath it, but its a beautiful and simple accent to the room.

Not silver as pictured

Assembly is super easy. Took me about 15 minutes. No tools needed! Great bed frame!

This bed was so easy to assemble. The style fit perfectly with my rustic look. It is solid and sturdy. I will enjoy it for many years.
