The gold color is basically spray painted on and had some scratches and chips on it when I first received it. It looks good enough, biggest downside is two of the holes for the screws didnt line up and I could not screw them in. I had to leave it with no screws which makes it look cheap. I reached out to the company so hopefully they can give me a solution. Everything else was fine, super easy to assemble (other than the screws not fitting properly) and lightweight. / This is a 32 inch TV sitting on top for reference.

I only wish it was more sturdy. I am using it as a tv stand and as long as a random wind doesnt blow through my bedroom, it should be fine Easy to assemble.
