Super easy to assemble (took a little time, but steps were easy). Its really sturdy, with hardly any movement (none for my 6yr old, and only slight movement if I climb up too!). One or two spots dont have the type of joining I would wish for (ie. Only wood dowels instead of screws), but overall VERY happy with it. Super easy to assemble and so worth the money!
This is a great bed! We got it for our three year olds birthday, shes always been a good climber. We were a bit nervous about the height, but its not bad. My husband put in together in just a few hours with interruptions. He did need my help with one part, but did most of it on his own. She has used it for 2 months and we still love it. She tells everyone about her climbing bed. Her 6 year old sister also enjoys using the slide. We added the LED lights for additional fun. Functional design
Putting this together is no joke because there are so many redundant safety measures to ensure nothing will flex. I dont think a half dozen gorillas could break this thing if its properly put together. (Maybe if they all jumped on the slide. but I digress.) It took me about 4 hours with my 7 and 2 year old helping. So I think it might only take 2 hrs if you had someone to help you get the overall frame up (1st step) and then the rest you could do alone. Instructions are 100 visual with some measurements, no words, but theyre clear. Everything is included, except youll need a drill with phillips bit for a few parts.
Design is just ideal for kids/mine absolutely love it. I love how it creates 2 special spaces, one above and one below. They are going to get a ton of joy out of both over the years, and I imagine well end up with 2 eventually.
The low VOC claim is meaningless I realized while unpacking and smelling the very noticeable smell. Literally, its a relative term, anybody can claim that I guess. We use zero VOC paint, so were not used to those smells and my 7 year old commented on it. For the price (with tax about 350), its so very well worth it. The quality is absolutely unbeatable for the price. Ive seen it elsewhere for 5/600, and I still dont think thats overpriced. The only part not made of pine are the slats to support the mattress, and I genuinely believe they made the choice to use plywood for strength/load bearing reasons. Well just keep a window open in that bedroom whenever possible until the smell is gone. I like this one.
Fantastic kids bed! My five year old was able to work with me and assemble the entire bed within two hours. We had a lot of fun
And it immediately became a source of joy and play and imagination. I love the play opportunities this bed brings to a kids room. Very cute, looks just like the pictures.
Took about 2 hours to assemble.
All pieces received, in good condition.
For our space we put the ladder and slide on the far left, with the rail all the way to the right. Its perfect! Just as pictured very happy with my purchase.
We bought this for our daughter as her first big girl bed. Its perfect and shes in love. The slide and stairs are great and its good quality. The assembly was fairly simple and only took my husband and I less than 2hrs to assemble. I wish all the screws were labeled, but we figured it out.
I was skeptical because of the other reviews, but that one positive review was all I needed to bite the bullet! Glad we did. Style and purpose
This is an adorable bed! My daughter is 3 1/2 and she loves it! I find this to be very sturdy if put together correctly! It took a bit of time to put together but the directions were straightforward and easy to understand. We did use a drill instead of a screwdriver for those parts that didnt use an Allen wrench/it just makes it easier and faster. The slide is pretty fast so Id suggest putting something at the bottom. We fit in a twin mattress no problem. Its not high like usual loft beds can be and love the space underneath for storage and play. Its great quality wood not cheap particle board. My only small complaint would be they didnt add a cover for the bottom in case little heads to hit underneath the bed as its all exposed. Otherwise Im very happy with this purchase! Decent for the price

Best investment we ever made! Good and inexpensive
Very sturdy. Paint does smell.

Wobbly and detached stairs.
Its cute but it is very wobbly and the stairs arent attached to the actual bed. It took 2 days to put together. Other than that, its a great product!
Versatile, sturdy, great product for the money!
