The area under the bed was way less than I expected. Thats sorta my bad for not really checking but most loft beds arent this short. Its much better because it was able to be extended more with some pipes but it was surprising. Its moderately sturdy and easy to assemble but like any loft bed it does creak. Overall its pretty good though. Easy as it says.
My daughter loves it! She is 7 and its perfect for her. She loves the space underneath. The only downfall is it cant handle much weight, she we dont crawl into bed with her anymore. But she doesnt mind Love this!
All in all Im pretty happy with it. My son has a very small room so I love that we can put his toys and stuff under it. It arrived fast only 4 days after ordering it and it was fairly easy to put together it took me and my husband just under 2 hours to get together and we are two of the most unhandy people ever. All parts were labeled with letters and instructions were pretty clear. Get it!!

This height makes me feel safe for her, my son loves it, and my toddlers bed fits underneath with plenty of room still. Still love it.
I had this bed setup in about an hour or two, it seems sturdy enough for a child, but Im not so sure for an adult/sized person, especially if they arent careful getting in and out of the bed. I dont think it will disassemble well when it comes time to move it, the bolts and rods are cheap material that seem likely to strip or snap, but for 100, I cant really complain. Its a great space/saver in my small room and will work great for lightweight guests. It was perfect!

Perfect for my 6 year old daughters room. Her room is smaller in size and this doubles her open floor space to play. Effective.
